Schedule
Once we've agreed on suitable lesson times I'll add those dates into a Google Calendar which will be shared with you.
From the calendar you'll be able to see real-time changes to lesson times if we've agreed to change times for whatever reason (parents evening, birthdays, sickness etc)
invoice
Based on the provisional lesson times I'll send you an invoice for all lessons in the next month. This invoice must be paid before the first lesson of the month.
All bank-to-bank transfer details are listed on the invoice.
LESSON ALERT
You'll be notified 24 hours and 10 minutes before the start of the lesson if you've downloaded the Google Calendar app.
It's important you always refer to this for the latest lesson times, not the invoice.
Zoom
Just click on the Zoom link (same for each lesson) and get ready for our lesson!
Lessons last for 55 minutes (so I have minutes to grab a cuppa before the next lesson).
Lesson Changes & Cancellation
I'm generally very flexible when it comes to changing the lesson times, however in order to have time to sufficiently reorganise my other lessons I would kindly ask for 48 hours notice of any lesson changes. If you're sick and need to rearrange the lesson then that is completely fine, but again I would ask for as much notice as possible (i.e. in the morning as opposed to 30 minutes before the lesson, otherwise it will count as a no-show).
If you need to completely cancel any lessons then the surplus lessons paid for will roll over and be credited in the following month's invoice.
